It includes guidance, vendor recommendations, timeline management, and final coordination. I also offer an on the day management package and a small to intimate planning package of up to 100 guests.

Travel Notes

Killamarsh is a village on the southeastern edge of Sheffield, in the borough of North East Derbyshire, about 7 miles (11 km) from Sheffield city centre. How to get there depends on where you’re starting from: * By car from Sheffield city centre: It’s about an 8–9 mile drive and usually takes 12–15 minutes via the A57 and local roads, depending on traffic. * By public transport: * Take the Blue Supertram line from the city centre to Halfway, then continue by local bus or a short taxi ride into Killamarsh. The tram journey is around 35–40 minutes. * Alternatively, the 120K bus runs directly between Sheffield and Killamarsh and takes around 45 minutes. Using the M1 Motorway If you’re approaching from elsewhere in the UK: * From the North (Leeds, Barnsley, Wakefield): * Take the M1 southbound. * Exit at Junction 30, then follow the A6135 towards Killamarsh. * From the South (Nottingham, Leicester, London): * Take the M1 northbound. * Exit at Junction 30 and follow the A6135 towards Killamarsh. * From the East (Worksop): * Follow the A57 westbound, then turn onto the B6058 into Killamarsh. * From the West (Chesterfield): * Take the A61 towards Sheffield and connect to the A6135 or local roads into Killamarsh.

How Often Will You Communicate?

Communication is tailored to each couple’s needs, but I believe in being available and supportive throughout the entire planning journey. We will have regular check-ins by phone, email, or message, with more frequent contact as your wedding day approaches. My goal is to ensure you always feel informed, reassured, and supported every step of the way.

Will You Be There On Our Wedding Day?

Absolutely. I will be there on your wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. I will coordinate suppliers, manage the timeline, handle any unexpected issues, and take care of all the behind-the-scenes details so you can relax, be fully present, and enjoy every special moment with your family and friends.

What Are Your Payment Terms

A non-refundable 20% deposit will be taken at the time of signing contracts. A further payment of 20% will be required 6 months before the wedding date with final payment required 8 weeks before the wedding date.

How Far In Advance Should We Book?

I recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 12–18 months before your wedding date, especially for peak wedding seasons. However, I understand that every couple’s journey is different, and I am always happy to help with shorter planning timelines where availability allows. The earlier you book, the more options we have to secure your preferred venue and suppliers and create the wedding you’ve always dreamed of.

Yes, I am fully insured, giving you peace of mind throughout the planning process and on your wedding day. Professional insurance is an important part of my business, ensuring that I can provide my services with confidence, professionalism, and care.

Throughout the planning process, I help track spending, offer guidance on where to invest and where to save, and ensure you stay organised and informed every step of the way. How Quickly Do You Reply To Emails or Messages?

I pride myself on being approachable and responsive. I aim to reply to all emails and messages within 24–48 hours, and often sooner where possible. I understand that planning a wedding can be exciting and sometimes overwhelming, so I always do my best to provide timely communication and support whenever you need it.
