Communication is tailored to each couple’s needs, but I believe in being available and supportive throughout the entire planning journey. We will have regular check-ins by phone, email, or message, with more frequent contact as your wedding day approaches. My goal is to ensure you always feel informed, reassured, and supported every step of the way.
Absolutely. I will be there on your wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. I will coordinate suppliers, manage the timeline, handle any unexpected issues, and take care of all the behind-the-scenes details so you can relax, be fully present, and enjoy every special moment with your family and friends.
A non-refundable 20% deposit will be taken at the time of signing contracts. A further payment of 20% will be required 6 months before the wedding date with final payment required 8 weeks before the wedding date.
I recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 12–18 months before your wedding date, especially for peak wedding seasons. However, I understand that every couple’s journey is different, and I am always happy to help with shorter planning timelines where availability allows. The earlier you book, the more options we have to secure your preferred venue and suppliers and create the wedding you’ve always dreamed of.

I pride myself on being approachable and responsive. I aim to reply to all emails and messages within 24–48 hours, and often sooner where possible. I understand that planning a wedding can be exciting and sometimes overwhelming, so I always do my best to provide timely communication and support whenever you need it.
