What is your most memorable wedding?
The couple, Sarah and James, came to me with a vision that was as bold as it was beautiful. They were not just clients; they were dreamers, adventurers seeking to craft a wedding that mirrored their unique love story. From the outset, it was evident that this would be no ordinary celebration.
What made this wedding truly special was the level of personalization. Every detail, from the handcrafted invitations to the custom-designed table settings, spoke volumes about Sarah and James' journey. The guests were not just witnesses; they were integral characters in this enchanting narrative.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Elegant, Innovative, Detail-Oriented, Personalized, Reliable.
What about your business are you most proud of?
What I am most proud of as a wedding planner is the ability to transform dreams into tangible, magical realities for each couple I work with. Witnessing the joy on their faces as they experience a wedding day that surpasses their expectations is incredibly fulfilling.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Communicate Your Vision: Clearly articulate your vision for the wedding day. Share your dreams, preferences, and any must-haves. The more your wedding planner understands your vision, the better they can bring it to life.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
One of my favourite personal touches I've witnessed at a wedding was when the couple incorporated a "Timeline of Us" into their décor. Instead of traditional table numbers, they used significant milestones in their relationship as the focal point for each table.
Each table had a framed photo and a short description of the special moment, allowing guests to take a visual journey through the couple's relationship.

What is the most unusual thing you’ve been asked to plan?
One of the most unusual requests I've received as a wedding planner was to incorporate a surprise flash mob into the wedding reception. The couple, who were known for their spontaneous and fun-loving personalities, wanted to inject an element of surprise and entertainment for their guests.
The challenge was to keep it a secret from everyone, including the bridal party, until the actual performance. We coordinated with a dance group, and the bride and groom secretly joined a few rehearsals to learn a short routine. On the wedding day, as the reception was in full swing, the dance group blended in with the guests.
How do you ensure a stress-free wedding?
We gather all the information prior to the big day, we then take care of everything. Whether that's vendor management or organising breakfast the morning of the big day. We take care of every aspect.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting the couple & hearing all about their big day plans & helping make them a reality.
What is your favourite moment at a wedding?
As a wedding planner, my favourite moment at a wedding is witnessing the couple's first look or their reaction when they see each other for the first time on their wedding day. This intimate and emotionally charged moment is filled with genuine, unscripted emotions that capture the essence of the love and excitement surrounding the celebration.
