What is your most memorable wedding?
A destination wedding that truly took the cake, the couple resided in South Korea and the majority of their accompanying friends and family had never visited the wedding location before: the glorious city of Cape Town, South Africa.
The three day party was energetic and fun from start to finish. We began with a welcome dinner hosted in a nearby restaurant, think cosy in candlelight, to thank the guests who had travelled to be there. The following day had guests piling onto a Cape Town version of our London tour buses, we took a winding scenic route through the mountains and along the coastline to Groot Constantia, a local wine estate. The wedding party was treated to a private tour followed by an extensive wine and chocolate tasting, the grounds were spectacular - we could've hosted the wedding there! Looping back around the coastline, guests returned to the rehearsal dinner, an evening cocktail reception on the hotel's stunning pool deck, with views of the world-renowned Table Mountain.
And the grand finale, the big day, the "I do" moment was held at a coastal wedding venue with panoramic views of the ocean, we were blessed with exquisite weather and the most romantic sunset. All in all, this wedding and the amazing couple it was planned for was the essence of what celebration and love should be.
