Are you loving the planning process but need help to execute the finished product on your wedding day? Our On The Day Coordination service aims to reduce stress and deliver the perfect results that you've worked so hard on. We will meet 6 weeks prior to your wedding day for a comprehensive handover. I will create your bespoke timeline of events that will be circulated to all suppliers. Any logistical questions will be directed away from you so that you can enjoy the excitement leading up to your wedding. On the day, you can expect your event to run flawlessly, safe in the knowledge that your coordinator is keeping track of time, assisting your guests and coordinating your suppliers.

Emily is quite simply the best!

Emily was our wedding coordinator at our wedding at Minterne House back in October. From the second I met her I knew we would be in the safest hands for our big day. She’s incredibly proficient, kind, accommodating of any requests. She knows how to put together your dream wedding and she’s very through. Any worry or problem I had she resolved, and she thinks of everything, whenever I needed to speak to Emily she was always at the end of the phone. She really is incredible and a joy to work with!

"Thank you so much for making Saturday such a perfect day. The organisation and delivery was faultless, from corralling guests and getting them to the right place through to getting everyone seated and fed. By the way everybody has commented on how good the food was and how efficiently it was served. The wedding was a big hit with Jihyun's parents (their first and probably only UK wedding) and they haven't stopped talking about and can't wait to show the photos to their friends. Matt and Jihyun have also asked me to add their thanks to mine, for them it was a perfect day and one they will always remember."

What is your most memorable wedding?

My most memorable wedding has to be set in a water meadow in Wiltshire. A water meadow is not ideal to say the least but we made it work and it was incredible. The couple rowed from their ceremony to the stretch tent reception and were greeted by confetti showers and champagne, it was glorious.

What about your business are you most proud of?

I am most proud of the relationships that develop with each and every one of my couples. I truly care about them and their day and that is why I love what I do.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Everything is possible, you just need the right team surrounding you.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

The couple had their faces superimposed onto vintage paintings that were dotted throughout the venue, the guests definitely had more than one double take!

Describe your typical process with a couple.

I like to get to know the couple first through a no obligation meeting to make sure we are both the correct fit for one another. Once booked, depending on the service required we will meet again for a comprehensive handover. Your detailed timeline of events will be created and suppliers will be contacted. All culminating in the perfect execution of your wedding day.

How do you ensure a stress-free wedding?

My job is to make sure everyone is on the same page. Your suppliers will know their role and timings, your ushers will know when to corral guests and you will know exactly when to walk down the aisle. You won't need to stress about what happens next as I will always be on hand (but discreet) to make sure your day flows.

What do you love most about your job?

Ask your suppliers for recommendations! They will have so much experience and know the best in the business.

What is your favourite moment at a wedding?

It doesn't matter how many times I witness it...as soon as that aisle music starts playing, I start welling up.
