From full planning to on-the-day management, we tailor every package to you. Services include supplier management, creative styling, bespoke stationery from orders of service to signage, entertainment, staffing, and pre- and post-wedding celebrations. As East Anglian locals, we arrange accommodation, transfers, excursions and tours for guests. Your dedicated planner is with you every step.

How far in advance should we book?
As early as possible. We take on only 3 full planning and 5 partial planning couples a year, so every couple gets our full attention. Full planning dates often book 12 to 18 months ahead.
What’s the difference between your packages?
Full Planning supports you from the very beginning, covering budget, venue, suppliers, guests and timeline. Partial Planning starts 3 months before your wedding and pulls together everything you’ve already booked. On-the-Day Coordination means a professional coordinator runs the day so you can be a guest at your own wedding.
How much do your services cost?
Full Planning starts from £5,000 + VAT, Partial Planning from £2,000 + VAT and On-the-Day Coordination from £1,500 + VAT. Every package is tailored, so we’ll give you a personalised quote after your initial consultation.
Can we book one-off planning advice?
Yes. If you’re not ready to commit to a package, we offer one-off virtual planning calls from £140 per hour + VAT, and onsite meetings are also available.
Do you offer wedding styling?
Yes. Our styling package covers your style, colour palette and styling timeline, and we also offer 3 bespoke design concepts. On the day, our team sets up every detail so it looks exactly as you imagined.
Do you work with recommended suppliers?
Yes. We have a trusted network of caterers, florists, photographers, entertainers and more, and we recommend suppliers to suit your vision and budget. We handle contracts, negotiations and pre-event briefings for you.
Where do you cover?
We’re based in Cambridge/Suffolk and plan weddings across East Anglia and beyond - from Bath to Italy, we go where you are. As locals, we can also arrange accommodation, transfers, excursions and tours for your guests.
Can you help with set-up and pack-down? And, how do we stay in touch during planning?
Yes. We offer day-before set-up, day-after teardown, clean-down and waste management services, so neither you nor your family has to lift a finger. Your dedicated planner is with you every step of the way, through scheduled planning meetings, email, WhatsApp and Teams.
Do you plan pre- and post-wedding celebrations?
Absolutely, from welcome drinks and rehearsal dinners to the morning-after brunch.
Are you insured?
Yes. We hold full public liability (£10mil), employers’ liability and professional indemnity insurance, and certificates are available on request.
