A venue coordinator focuses primarily on the venue and its responsibilities. A wedding planner works for you, overseeing the wider celebration, coordinating suppliers and protecting your overall vision.
When should we book a wedding planner?
The earlier, the better—especially if you would like support throughout the entire planning process. However, if your wedding is approaching and you need help bringing everything together, please get in touch to discuss availability.
Can you help if we have already started planning?

Do you communicate with our suppliers?
Yes. Depending on your chosen package, I can liaise with suppliers, confirm arrangements and ensure everyone has the information they need—removing a major task from your to-do list.
Do you attend venue and supplier meetings?
Where included in your package, I can attend meetings, ask important questions, take notes and help ensure that no detail is overlooked.
Can you help with venue styling and setup?
Yes. I can help bring your chosen look together by coordinating the setup and carefully styling the spaces, allowing you and your loved ones to relax and enjoy the day.
What happens if something goes wrong on the day?
