Caroline Siân Weddings & Events

We got married in July and of all the decisions we made for our big day, getting Caroline on board was by far the best one! Quite simply, our wedding day would not have been a fraction of the success it was if it wasn’t for Caroline! We decided to get Caroline involved a few months before our wedding day when we had hit a wall with planning it ourselves and were beginning to lose the will to live. Caroline got us excited again and was able to work with what we had already organised and took control of all the parts we hadn’t! She was practical, logical, realistic and beyond organised! She listened to our (sometimes half-formed) ideas and always understood what we were trying to convey to her and would come up with a number of options for us. She was sensitive to any worries that we had, she stuck to our budget (and managed to come in under wherever possible) and she and her assistant Stephanie worked their absolute socks off on our wedding day! She dealt capably not only with suppliers and guests but also with the logistics of two brides not wanting to see each other before heading down the aisle! She found us a brilliant florist, the venue styling was everything we wanted and our venue looked amazing! She has so many great ideas and a wealth of expertise; we cannot recommend her highly enough! The feedback from our guests was that they had the most wonderful day, everything ran smoothly and to time, the organisation was exceptional and that Caroline herself was brilliant! Our wedding day was even better than we imagined and we have Caroline to thank for that.

Caroline was a joy to work with from the beginning to the end of our wedding... she went well above and beyond what we initially were expecting and took the stress out of the lead up to the wedding and the wedding day itself. Caroline made the day a fantastic success, so much so that we were able to enjoy our day knowing Caroline had everything under control. [Caroline] truly made the day magical.

I must have sung Caroline's praises to my friends and family a hundred times in the lead-up to our wedding, and yet she still exceeded expectations on the day! At first, I wasn't sure if we needed a coordinator, but how wrong I was! Once I met with Caroline, I knew she was someone that I could entrust with the biggest day of our lives. How nice it was to just sit back and enjoy watching the day unfold, knowing that Caroline had every single detail covered and we had nothing to worry about. Honestly, bringing Caroline on board was the best decision I made for my wedding, second only to my choice of husband! Every step of the way, Caroline was professional, efficient, receptive and friendly. She took all of my many (and believe me, there were many!) requests and executed them all perfectly. She seemed to be everywhere at once on the day, ensuring that our suppliers worked together like a well-oiled machine and always appearing the second we needed her, and yet at the same time she was a ninja at blending into the background (I'm sure most of our guests still don't realize we had a coordinator!). She ensured that our day looked and ran perfectly, and we genuinely can't thank her enough!

From the moment we met with Caroline, we knew our wedding was in the best hands. We'd become overwhelmed trying to organise our perfect day at locations an hour from where we live that didn't have their own coordinators to help us. Not only did she quickly draw up a plan of action and immediately set about getting everything back on course, but she really listened to exactly what we had envisioned for our celebration and made it a reality - adding plenty of clever suggestions and extra touches along the way. She was a complete delight to work with (always on hand if we had questions or wanted to know if something was possible) and she and her lovely assistant, Stephanie, were fantastic on the day. In fact, we had several of our guests comment to us how lovely she was, which didn't surprise us at all because she is! She took all the stress off our shoulders with her super-organised approach and made planning feel fun again. We had the day we always dreamed of - we simply can't recommend her highly enough.
