Welcome to Beattie Bailey where we like to plan weddings a little differently. Focusing on a design-led service means we can guarantee that every wedding we plan is perfectly ‘you’ and never a templated package. Whether you are considering an intimate dinner with luxury details or a dramatic show-piece for hundreds of guests, our team of wedding planners are dedicated to delivering with meticulous precision and care. We aim to be flexible to create a unique service just for you, that delivers for your needs and budget. Carefully matching the most suitable suppliers to you and the creative vision, never the suppliers we like to work with best. Together, we then turn it all into a reality and remove much of the timely admin. Established by Jemma Beattie and Claudia Bailey, with over two decades of experience working with venues, planners, brides & grooms and luxury brands. Focusing on Surrey, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Sussex and Hampshire and happy to travel further afield.

We loved working with Claudia and Jemma from Beattie Bailey. They took away all the admin from us and allowed us to enjoy all the big decisions with their support and guidance. They arranged for us to have little extras throughout the planning: champagne at our tasting session and afternoon tea when we went for our florist sample meeting. On the morning of the Wedding I was so pleased knowing that everything was in their safe hands, especially since we had made all the decisions together and they had been there from the beginning. Thank you.
