We use available light whenever possible and avoid awkward unnatural poses, fake smiles and anything too staged and cheesy. We adapt to the ever-changing environment, using it as inspiration and with a sense of fun we employ a ‘fly on the wall’ approach to capture the action as it unfolds. Don’t worry we’ve got the group shots for your grandma’s mantelpiece covered, but as a rule we try and keep the ‘formals’ to a minimum because well, thats no way to spend your wedding day! Instead we use that time to sneak you away from the crowds for a bit of time out together, we’ll take some relaxed shots of just the two of you, enjoying the post ceremony excitement. We are the antithesis of bossy old-fashioned wedding photographers. We won’t get in your way or order you around but we will direct you when you need us to (we want to avoid those scared ‘rabbit in the head lights’ expressions that tend to come out when lenses are pointed). We think your photo’s should be works of art and your wedding should be fun and hassle free. We work with you both before and during the day to make sure of both.
