Hello, I'm Will. I am a documentary wedding photographer with 20 years professional experience. I live in Dorset and shoot weddings throughout the UK and destinations Worldwide. I began my photography career after studying photography, art & design at college and discovered a real passion for photojournalism and documentary stories. My clients seek my photography from all walks of life because like me they share a passion for real experiences. The documentary aspect of my collections is essential when making my couples wedding story. It is a dedication to realism that sets my stories apart. If a wedding day is photographed in just a repertoire of choreographed set ups and edited with filters, it may be initially visually appealing and creatively quite convincing - but isn't a genuine experience, just a contrived photo-shoot. I only care about what is real. If you have love, you already have everything, it needs no embellishment. Like me you are a human being with a heart and mind, not a 'brand or an aesthetic'. I don't specialise in any type of wedding or label my clients as such, as I believe it all represents the same thing - which is love, family and friendship.
