HOW DO WE BOOK?
Booking is simple, just let us know you’d like to book by email and we’ll send you all the info to pay a deposit and some paperwork to sign and that’s it! All booked in. Your balance will be payable a month before your wedding date and of course we’ll keep in touch and chat throughout the time leading up to your day.
HOW MANY IMAGES DO WE GET?
On average we deliver between 600 to 700 images for a full wedding day and 300 to 400 for a half day. All images will be available as downloads delivered in a password protected online gallery that you can share with you family and friends.
HOW LONG WILL MY WEDDING FILM BE?
For a full wedding day the feature film is around 20 mins and for our half day it's around 10 minutes. Previews are around 3 to 5 mins.Plus you also get the full ceremony & Speeches delivered as separate video files to watch back.
WHO WILL BE THERE ON THE DAY?
You will definitely have a Clarke! Ordinarily it’s Simon who shoots and edits while Anna looks after the behind the scenes and admin stuff. If you book a second shooter this will be one of our fellow professional photographers/videographers who we trust implicitly and have worked with before. You're always in safe hands, don't worry. We take great pride in our work and care about or couples and reputation so always make it priority to ensure we’re working with the best.
HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?
We travel all over UK and indeed the world! In the UK we charge a nominal travel fee for travelling over 200 miles from where we are based in Cornwall. For international destinations, travel and accommodation charges will apply, please email us for more information.
DO WE NEED TO GIVE YOU A SHOT LIST?
No! No really, please don’t! A month or so before your wedding we'll send you a questionnaire to fill out which will give us all the info we need for the day and the only kind of list we need. We work in a relaxed and documentary style so we don’t focus on formal group shouts or work from a list. We work our very best when we can just shoot the day as it happens and our years of experience mean we know how to capture those unexpected and beautiful moments and everything in-between.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS AND/OR FILM?
It normally takes between 6 to 10 weeks for full delivery of your photos and or film, but this is all dependent on what time of year it is. It can be quicker but as you can imagine the summer months are crazy busy and editing takes a little longer due to the high volume of shoots.
DO WE GET TO CHOOSE THE MUSIC THAT GOES WITH OUR FILM?
The music is such an important part of a wedding film and we'd hate to ruin something with a bad/cheesy soundtrack. But with this in mind, we love getting suggestions and we're always listening out for the music that's used during your wedding day to see if it would be suitable in your feature film. We then take (sometimes) far to long choosing just the right music to suit the vibe and feel of your wedding day.Your wedding preview music will be purchased especially for your preview with a licence to use online.
CAN WE HAVE ALL THE RAW UNEDITED PHOTOS AND/OR FOOTAGE?
This is not a service we offer. We spend a long time going through all of the photos taken and footage captured to make sure we have all the very best shots and footage included in your final wedding photos and or film.
DO YOU HAVE A DRONE?
Yes we do and we take it to all of our weddings. We don’t charge any extra for it and we use it when we and if we can. The use or inclusion of drone footage or images is never guaranteed as conditions or restrictions may not allow.
