Hi! We are Craig & Jessica Travis, a wedding photography team from Manchester covering the whole of the North West and Yorkshire. This is our 11th consecutive year providing wedding photography to hundreds of happy couples - eleven years of capturing weddings across the North West. Our main style is candid and documentary and we aim to tell the story of your full day through picture and video so you can relive it for years to come and help you to remember all the little moments you forgot. All our couples receive drone images as standard. We also come as a team so you will get 2 of us all day ensuring we doing miss a moment and this allows for the ceremony and all the key parts to be captured from different vantage points as well as capturing guests reactions during all those big moments! Posed shots also available upon request.

What is your most memorable wedding?
All of our weddings are memorable in their own way but recently we’ve had Llamas and goats as guests and that was pretty unique!

What about your business are you most proud of?
Being able to work as a team and listening to all the feedback from couples and staying long term friends with many of them.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Put yourselves first and remember it’s your big day!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Our favourite personal touch is when couples ask guests to refrain from sharing pictures of the day and wait for the first look professional images.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Initially speak with the couple over the phone or email. Discuss their requirements and show a selection of real life wedding albums. Book them in and then in the month prior to the big day make contact and got through all arrangements. We are always available for questions and advice.
What is the No.1 photo that you think every couple should take?
The first look between the couple when walking down the aisle.
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
The Olympic championship ladies volleyball team throwing the bride in the air!
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Go for it and we will still get some amazing shots, in fact some of our best shots have been in the rain (it is the North of England after all)
Describe how you got into photography.
Cliche answer but I have always loved photographer, my mum was a photographer and I used to go to work with her when I was young. In 2015 I finally bit the bullet and left my job as a University lecturer to pursue photography as a career, best decision I’ve made professionally.
