What is your most memorable wedding?
I think the most memorable wedding I've shot was my first. It was for a really good friend of mine and I was just hooked capturing all the faces full of love and happiness for the bride and groom. I also admit I did get a bit emotional during the ceremony and had to use my lens cloth as a tissue!
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
My style is relaxed, fun, natural, creative and inclusive.
What about your business are you most proud of?

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
I think the main tip I'd give couples is to remember that it's THEIR day! It can be hard to remember this when there are all sorts of pressures coming from every direction.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
My favourite personal touch I've seen was at a wedding was an Easter Sunday wedding. All the guests got a creme egg in a personalised egg cup. It was just really sweet to see them all lined up on the tables.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
My typical process is to have an initial conversation with the bride and groom in person if possible. I always think it's a good idea to meet in person so a relationship can start to develop. Then one month before the ceremony we'll meet up again to go over all the timings on the day. After the wedding I'll get up to 40 images ready as quickly as possible so the couple can start sharing with family and friends then when all the photos are uploaded to a private viewing gallery they can select their favourites to go in their album.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
The No.1 photo I think couples should take is a one with their families. This is usually a more formal photograph but sometimes families live far apart and a wedding is one of a few times when people get together.
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
I was a bit puzzled when a bride asked me to take a photo of the bottom of her shoe. But her husband-to-be was called Andy and the writing was exactly like the writing on the bottom of Wood's boot in Toy Story.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Umbrellas and smiles!
Describe how you got into photography.
I began taking photos in my teens and loved it. So even when I started working as a camerawoman for BBC News I kept my stills camera with me at all times, snapping away. Eventually I decided to move into photography full time and I absolutely love it!
