Hi, my name is Toria!
I also answer to Tor, Tori, Bush (maiden name is Bushell) & MUUUUUMMMAAAA.
I'm a Wedding Photographer in Hertfordshire, right on the Essex border, but I am happy to travel anywhere.
The main comment I receive from my couples and families is that I made them feel very relaxed which I feel is the highest of compliments especially from those that done like their photo taken.

I'm Toria, A Wedding Photographer with an authentic & natural style, I love LOVE and feel so lucky to be constantly surrounded by it.
I'm based in Hertfordshire/Essex but happy to travel further.
My aim is to capture the beautiful essence of your day, to make you feel comfortable and confident as well as helping your day flow as smoothly as possible.
It's super important to feel comfortable with your photographer so I really try to get to know my couples before their big day.

What is your most memorable wedding?
I recently photographer my Brother In Law's wedding in Ireland and felt so honoured that they asked me to capture their day.

The connections I make with my couples. I have made so many wonderful friends through my work
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
You do you! It's your day so make sure you have everything you've ever wanted and don't worry too much about others. Also make a wedding email address so that your emails are easier to find.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
At a recent wedding the couple had books printed by Penguin (Their cousin worked for Penguin) on the table that were titled with places that meant a lot to the couple and the blurbs had stories from the couples about that place. I hadn't seen that before and thought it was such a lovely idea
Describe your typical process with a couple.
When I have an enquiry I ask you all about your day over email and then I suggest meeting in person or video call. Also happy to talk on the phone if you would prefer. There's a huge range of very talented photographers out there and it can be hard to decide who to book. I feel that liking your photographer should be as important as their portfolio
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
My favourites are the reaction shots. The Groom/Brides reaction walking down the aisle or the Brides Dad seeing her in her dress for the first time. Such raw, beautiful emotion. But his is different for every couple. For some it might be the first married kiss, the first dance or a special moment with a grandparent.
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
A Groom has "This is yours" written on the inside of his trouser zip!
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
A sunset photo! Stormy skies are some of the most beautiful!! A clear umbrella is also a good shout
Describe how you got into photography.
I have always loved taking photos and had an interest in photography but January 2020 (I know, My timing was fantastic) was the year I finally made a passion and hobby my job. I am totally overwhelmed by how well this year has gone and by how busy my diary is already getting in 2023/2024. I feel so lucky that I get to do something I love every day.
