ENQUIRE || You've done your research and checked out our portfolio and read about us are ready to hear more. After you enquire via our contact form, we get back to you within 24 hours with more info about our wedding packages. You've already done this step : ) CONSULTATION || Once you've browsed the wedding packages, we can set up a consultation with you either via phone or FaceTime/WhatsApp. We love to hear all about the two of you - how you met and how you got engaged. We want to hear the details about what you have planned so far or what you are dreaming up. And most of all we love listening to what those most important special moments are that you want to make sure we preserve for you. Through our chat, we can all figure out whether we are a great fit for each other. BOOKING || We've guided you through an example timeline to give you a sense of how much hourly coverage you might need. So now you're ready to book and put down your booking fee and sign your agreement. ENGAGEMENT SESSION || If you have booked an engagement session we will get you all ready with outfit tips and location ideas. We will grab our cameras and meet up with you for a bit of fun. This is the perfect time to really get to know each other. You get to try us out and see how comfortable you feel when we direct you in front of the camera. TIMELINE PLANNING || We are working with you or your planner on your timeline. We want to make sure that we don't miss a thing and allocate enough time to capture all the parts of the day that are important to you. Putting in buffer time will help ensure that our timeline stays on track. We are a little on the type-A side of things, so we want to make sure all the details are discussed, and family photo lists are in place prior to your day. WEDDING DAY || It's wedding day! We are so excited to be able to capture such a momentous occasion. There may or may not be some tears shed during your first look. And the joy as you walk up the aisle gets us every time. Father/daughter and mother/son moments will always be some of our favourites. And of course, seeing how all the beautiful details came together after all your hard work and planning is incredible! We are analysing the light, watching for moments, shooting, directing, keeping track of timeline, helping grandma down the stairs, helping tie the best man's tie, styling details, and we are grinning ear to ear from behind our cameras as we watch you two become married. PHOTO DELIVERY || The best thing about getting photos back is it means the wedding isn't over right after the day. Roughly 5 weeks after your wedding day, you get to relive it all over again when you get your online viewing gallery. You can send your link to your friends and family, print some for your wall, and download the entire set. We will also be sending you a box of 6x4 inch prints in a beautiful wooden keepsake box in the mail if it is included in your package. And if you've ordered an album or decide to order an album we will begin the design process.
