I have Richard booked and confirmed for my wedding in august this year 2024. I have paid a deposit and signed a contract, yet my final payment due date is down as 5 days AFTER the date of my wedding. I have tried to make contact with Richard on multiple occasions via email, phone call and what's app, to which I am not recieving responses, frustratingly, on WhatsApp, I can see he is online and choosing not to reply to me! This is EXTREMELLY unprofessional and causing unnecessary stress and anxiety. I have also enquired via the website requesting his services on my wedding date, twice, and on both occasions he has come back stating "awesome news, we are available for ypur wedding date" clearly he shouldn't be as we have signed a contract for this date, and the contract states he wouldn't accept other bookings on the same date so he is in breach of contract. Extremelly unprofessional service and unreliable.
