Frequently Asked Questions

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Whimsical, Natural, Candid, Dreamy, Beautiful

What about your business are you most proud of?

I am proud of how I have built my business up from nothing by myself and for myself. I have always dreamed of being a photographer and now I get to live that dream out!

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Don't get too worried about minor details, everything comes together on the day and you'll forget any of the stress ever existed!

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

A live ceremony painter! It was so personal to the Bride and Groom and is now proudly hanging in their home.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

After the couple have expressed their interests and ideologies of what they want from me on their day, I will make sure to keep in touch to see how things are going and if there is anything I can assist them with - perhaps they had a question about how certain details can be organised or if I know any good bakeries for their cake. As their wedding gets closer I will make contact about their order of events, timings they need me in the morning, lists of attendees and group images, how many bridesmaids and groomsmen there are in the party etc so I can plan out what equipment to take. If their wedding is in a new venue for me I will research into the style and layout of it and where possible, do a venue visit a couple of weeks prior to the big day.

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?

I love the intimacy of a bride and groom right after the ceremony. I think every couple needs a photo of the moment they leave the ceremony as Husband and Wife for the first time with no one around!

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

Colourful umbrellas! Don't let the grey skies dull the mood - a pop of colour with umbrellas is just what they need to bring their smiles back!

Describe how you got into photography.

I studied Film production at the university of Gloucestershire and from there developed my career in photography and videography!
