My most memorable one is probably my own. I know that probably doesn't answer the question, but our day was completely unconventional and I utterly loved it. It was September, the sun was shining and our close family and friends spent the say making margaritas and dancing to ABBA. Dreamy!

I'm proud that I can call this my job and that I'm able to be myself. I love love, but I love queer love even more. As a married gay man, I know how important it is to see LGBTQ+ inclusive suppliers and how important is it to feel safe, seen and celebrated at your wedding no matter who you are. That’s why I do what I do. I take huge pride in being a member of the LGBTQ+ community and I want to provide safe spaces for people to celebrate their love, without feeling lost in a sea of normality. I’m here to let you be you, where you want, when you want and with who you want.

My top tip to anyone planning a wedding is to do it the way you want to. There can be so much pressure associated with weddings and I'm a bit believer that tradition is there to be broken!

When couples take their doggo with them!

I take a very natural and fun approach to my work - documentary with a whole load of joy. I photograph things as they happen, and I believe that’s the only way to celebrate you and your day that oozes loads of real emotion. It’s so important to me that we capture life long memories for you to look back on with love and happiness in years to come.

I always, always suggest taking the "parents photo", which is the very traditional "both looking at the camera" shot. Although it may seem a bit formal, it's the photo that parents, grandparents and family always want to display in their home.

Embrace it! I shoot in Scotland and it rains all the time here... If it rains then my top tip is just to roll with it. I always keep a stock of clear umbrellas in my kit bag so that we can still hop outside for some portraits. Anyway, isn't it meant to be good luck if it rain?

I’ve worked with photography, one way or another, for the last 10 years, but it wasn’t until Dennis and I tied the knot in 2018 that I found my love for weddings. Our mega talent photographer made such a lasting impression on me that, fast forward a couple of years, here I am as a photographer in the most rewarding industry. It’s utterly dreamy, and such a privilege.
