Describe your typical process with a couple.
After the initial enquiry we often have a chat at my studio or via the internet.
After booking we have a planning meeting usually nearer the wedding day. We'll typically discuss the couples requirements, likes/dislikes, times, groups, photo styles and finishes. Also which Option is required and if it is an album Option then the style of album.
Typically 4-6 weeks after the wedding the full set of photos will be ready for dispatch/collection. Our couples often like to have a sneak preview via Facebook and this is done a week or two after the wedding.
If an album Option is chosen then this will be designed using the couples choice of photos and proofed before being made.

Describe how you got into photography.
I have always loved photography from a young age. I made my own darkroom enlarger from a biscuit tin! During University (studying engineering at Loughborough) I realised that it was photography that I really wanted to do. After completing my degree I switched to photography working for a national award winning photographer in York before settling down to work for myself.
