"Went the extra mile and came to hospital with us"
We had Phil with us on our wedding day Friday. I couldn’t recommend them more. Phil helped calm me in the morning and got all the pictures we wanted. He’s done some brilliant shots with us and I can’t wait to see them. Phil is also a really nice person a lot of people from our wedding has commented how nice he was having a chat and a laugh with us all. He even went the extra mile and came to the hospital with us so I could have some pictures with my very poorly nan. It’s a moment I’ll treasure forever. Thank you so much for Friday

made the right choice for our photographer
To Philip and Vicky, Thank you for being part of our wedding. From the moment we met you, we knew we had made the right choice for our photographer. You helped to keep the day running smoothly and took some fantastic photos. We don't know what we would have done without you all. Thanks again

Phil captured the magic of our day
Just picked all of our photos from our wedding and we're so pleased. Phil captured the magic of our day and has given us photos we can treasure forever. He put us at ease on the day and made it so enjoyable. He has edited the photos so that we have a range of black and white and colours. I have recommended him to so many. Thank you for giving us memories that will last forever, we can't wait to see our album!

Frequently Asked Questions
(10)

What is your most memorable wedding?

Going to the hospital with a Bride & Groom to visit the Bride's poorly Grandmother, capturing some beautiful portraits of them all together.

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Natural, elegant, personal, relaxed approach

What about your business are you most proud of?

Husband and wife working really well together - we honestly do.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Relax and enjoy every moment of your day

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

Having a beautiful framed photograph of a missing loved one on the top table

Describe your typical process with a couple.

Initial consultation to confirm that we are the photographer's for you. Four weeks before the big day we meet up at your reception venue to walk through the grounds together and create your personalised shot list. On the day, we take care of getting every shot you want, so you can just enjoy your day.

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?

Portrait of the happy couple as soon as they step out of the ceremony.

What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?

A 3 sequence photo of the couple covering their mouth, then ears, then eyes - "speak no evil, hear no evil, see no evil"

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather. We have shot weddings in the rain, in a snow storm - you name the weather, we have shot in it. If the venue has some indoor areas and features for photos that is a great advantage. If not, we can always use umbrellas. We also use a weather app to follow the rain to predict when breaks may occur to rush out to do some outdoor shots. We are very creative when it comes to getting shots in difficult conditions.

Describe how you got into photography.

Photography has always been a passion from when I received my first camera at the age of 12. The more photographs I took, the more I was encouraged by family and friends to pursue as a career. Many, many years later my passion is still there and stronger.
