Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Relaxed, Natural, Friendly, Romantic, Contemporary
What about your business are you most proud of?
Paying attention to the small details to ensure that the wedding album is a perfect memento of the perfect day
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Please take your time when walking down the aisle, this gives time for your family and guests to see you and of course the best chance to take memorable photos. It's perfectly normal to be excited and that can lead to you rushing and of course we don't remember things so clearly when we rush.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
The bride and groom exiting the church and their horse had been brought to greet them.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We meet to discuss the wedding day and to look over our sample albums. Once booked we have a pre-wedding photoshoot, to get better acquainted with each other and we give some tips on how best to stand when being photographed together. There is a free 10"x8" framed print of the favourite photo from the day. I will attend the rehearsal if there is one and if I have not visited the venue I will do so before the wedding day.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
The first kiss, but there are so many other ones it is hard to say.
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
I think every wedding has an original photo, no two weddings are exactly the same. Saying that we did have the groom arrive in a replica "Back to the Future" car, which got a lot of attention.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Love, laughter and an umbrella.
Describe how you got into photography.
I was given my first camera aged 11, I was luck that my school had a camera club and I just fell in love with photography very quickly.
