Aberdeenshire's coastline, castles and countryside give photographers plenty to work with. When you're hiring a wedding photographer here, you can expect images that suit your style and will still look striking decades from now.

There are so many wedding photographers in Aberdeenshire that it's a genuinely good place to start your search, whatever look you're after, from documentary-style storytelling to classic portraiture.

That’s “hello, how are you?” in my native Doric – I’m North-East born and bred. I’m a sucker for the wild, rugged beauty of Scotland and rural wedding photography puts me in my element. But I like to think of myself as much more than another Scottish wedding photographer. I’m your bonus bridesmaid, your extra pair of hands, your biggest cheerleader, and your eagle eye for detail – all wrapped up in a cute waistcoat and ear-to-ear grin.

A northern Irish girl with a thick Aberdonian accent.
(You can blame my mum for that)
I have an occasional Welsh twang.
(You can blame my husband for that)
I also have a lot of patience...
(you can thank my girls for that)

I like to talk - let's just say every school report card had this comment on it.
I love doggies, any size, any breed and I can not promise if you have a dog that I will not attempt to steal it.

Hi, I’m Caitlin. Based in the lovely village of Monymusk, I work with couples throughout Aberdeenshire who want beautiful photos without the fuss.

I believe the magic of a wedding isn't in the poses, it is in the people. I focus on high quality photography that feels natural and unforced because I want your gallery to be full of genuine smiles and real emotion.

You can trust me to capture the spirit of your day in the background so you can stay

Babe in the Wood :: Media

I live in Aberdeenshire with my husband, Dennis, and he just happens to be the reason I’m so wildly in love with love. I take a very candid, relaxed, documentary style approach to my work. I’m passionate about capturing the moments in-between, the moments before a kiss or after a glance and the moments that reveal who we really are with the ones we love.
