John Hamilton did our wedding photography for us. From the very beginning he made us feel comfortable and we always felt we were in control. We didn't want a conventional, formal photographer. John behaved almost like a friend taking photographs. He always respected our wishes and needs. A lot of the time we were not even aware that he was taking photographs. John photographed our wedding. He made everyone feel so comfortable. He shared ideas for poses and was well prepared when it came to the locations that would give the best lighting and background. When John was taking our pictures we didn't feel like we were with a stranger, he was so friendly and kind and immediately puts you at ease. John captured some really beautiful moments, he was great at snapping the genuine moments between myself and my wife. We are a same sex couple and could not have felt more at ease with John. John was so flexible and was happy to stay to capture anything that we wanted. He couldn't do enough. He made sure that he got a beautiful picture of everyone in frame. He is a pro.
