Describe your typical process with a couple.
Initial email followed by phone call, then arrange to meet somewhere and sometime appropriate for all, where we can get to know each other and discuss some plans. An email or two more before the date and probably another phonecall.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
I'm very much an observer on the day and try to not let photography get in the way of you having fun with all your guests. I'd say keep smiling, laughing and crying and I'll get the No.1 shot you'll love.

Keep smiling and don't let the rain stop play
Describe how you got into photography.
Playing with my dad's film camera as a child, learning how to develop, enlarge and print. Working with an animal Photographer as work experience and also being very geeky about photographic technology. A few friends saw my work and asked me to shoot their wedding and the rest is history.
