Hi! My name is Megan Valerie and I was raised in North Wales. I grew up fascinated with old family photographs, whether I knew the people in the images or not, studying the emotions and imagining the story behind each one. So when I was given the opportunity to learn to use a camera at the age of ten, it was inevitable that I would go on to learn how to translate a moment into an image, to capture a precious memory to be cherished and passed on for generations to come. Pictures can be taken by anyone, but photography is a craft and an art that I’ve honed for years and continue to improve.
