What is your most memorable wedding?

Rhian and Jay's wedding in Swansea. Small but what a fabulous family. Was made to feel part of the family.

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Documentary, personal,inventive,friendly,improvising

What about your business are you most proud of?

Photos aside I take greaT pride in my personal service. Customer service for me is the most important aspect of who I am. No question is bad or silly. I go above and beyond my duties as a photographer.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Make sure you have a great connection with your photographer. Researching someone's skill is one thing but making a connection is another. You may like someone's work but when you meet there is no spark then it is not going to work. A photographer is going to be stuck with you all day and you need to have fun with them on your day.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

I love to photograph all the small details of a wedding. From shoes to table decoration. Every wedding has something different and its those small details that make a wedding so special and I make sure I detail every single piece of it.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

First and foremost I want to meet for a consultation and just chat about life and what they want, build a connection with the couple is my main focus. If everything is OK I will organise a complimentary engagement shoot so we can connect more and let the couple see me working. So on the day they know they can relax and just enjoy their day.

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?

I love to be creative and yet so many couples just want documentary photos of their day. That is perfectly fine but I also like couples who are happy to work with me in creating more fine art styled photos. I set up and only at the last minute I ask the couple to stand when I ask then its done. Very quick but beautiful photos they get to cherish.

What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?

Only photos I am asked to take are group photos. Most couples are happy to let me take the lead thus far. I am always happy to accommodate any couples who have something in mind. I appreciate it as it makes my life easier too.

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

Love rainy days, love them even more if the couple are game to go out in it. I have umbrellas so they don't get wet but depending on the venue I have so many ideas for some beautiful photos

Describe how you got into photography.

I've loved photography from being a kid. My father taught me and I first started in film as a hobby but my first paid job was real estate photos.then started doing commercial photos for companies websites and then onto weddings in 2007.
