Mahoney Pics is made up of me (Michelle) and my husband (David) and if you're really lucky you'll get to meet our little girl, Tilly, and our labrador, Logan. You can choose to have either just myself or me and David to capture your day, or I can always recommend what may work best for you. What you want, what you need and what you'd like on your wedding are THE most important things to us. Our job is to not only take beautiful photos that capture the moments of your day but to make you and your partner feel at ease, comfortable and to make sure we do all that we can to help ensure your day goes to plan and is everything you want it to be. Be this a quick mend of a dress to the supply of hairspray to the fixing go cravats, to simply just taking the most beautiful photos. We work candidly, capturing moments as they happen, chatting to your guests so they too feel at ease with us, and our cameras, and we'll never spend more than 20 minutes on any couple photographs you would like. Again, these are also really relaxed, we'll go for a wander and whilst we may fix your dress and suit we try to keep it as natural as possible. We may direct you a little bit, but mainly, we'll ask you to chat about your day, your mornings, how the ceremony went and every now and again we may shout 'Kiss'... if you've been too busy chatting! So, in a nutshell we're very relaxed and laid back, we'll work quietly and discreetly and use natural light whenever possible to help us get the most beautiful photos. We can stay for just the ceremony or spend the whole day with you and we'll spend time with you in advance of the day to go through what you would like and to give advice if you would like it. We love weddings and we love to photograph them, this isn't a job, it's a real love and hopefully this shows in our work. x
