Maddie was patient, kind, assertive and professional. She was the first supplier we knew we wanted and from start to finish she was incredible. Her communication was on point, her photography is beautiful and we are so happy with our full album. Not only was she fantastic on the day; going above and beyond by helping the groom and best man with their button holes and pocket squares before the ceremony; but all the way afterwards too, as she kept us updated the whole time about the progress of our preview and full album. She even agreed to a request I made post-wedding after our USB had arrived without complaint which I really appreciated as she very easily could’ve said no. She gave us estimates about when to expect our preview, full album and USB, and then over achieved by delivering our photos way earlier then we were expecting! On the day she directed us in to the best positions and lighting but wasn’t obtrusive at all when we were interacting with our guests. We both felt very comfortable around her. The final portraits are stunning, her work is cosy and warm, which reflects exactly what we were going for on our big day. Overall we couldn’t be happier!
