I've been photographing weddings since 2018 and I still adore every minute of my job. I spend my days capturing timeless memories and moments that would have been missed without me snapping away with my camera.
I have two little girls, one very snuggly rescue dog and a super friendly cat.
When I'm not snapping photos I'm planning my next adventure with my girls as I love to travel and teach them about different cultures.

Hi I'm Emily!
I've been a wedding photographer for over 5 years now, capturing special moments and cementing memories for couples all over the UK.
Photography is a huge part of your day, this means you need to put a huge amount of trust in the person who is taking your photographs. Not only do they need experience but they also need good time management skills and excellent people skills.
My style focuses on capturing natural, candid moments between you and your partner, as well as you and your wedding guests. Whilst there are times I can support you with posing ideas, I tend to follow your day as it happens to create a digital diary for you to look upond afterwards.

What about your business are you most proud of?
The memories it makes. Whilst there's a huge amount that I'm proud of for being self employed and building my own business, the end result of what I do is what gives me the best feeling. Capturing memories for my couples that they'll treasure forever is something that will always motivate me to do my best.

Plan your wedding for you, not for other people.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I love when couples do personal vows.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
Confetti! I love a confetti photo
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
I get asked a lot to take photos of people's pets.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Umbrellas and don't stress - the photos will still be amazing!
Describe how you got into photography.
Photography is always something I've enjoyed but I didn't know how to use a camera. After leaving my job in London to look after my children I needed something that was flexible and could work around childcare. I started to use my camera more and learn the settings so that I knew what I was doing when I was shooting. From then on I offered friends and family photos, then started to do family shoots and eventually go into photographing people's weddings.
