I don't like having my photo taken! But I love photography, it's the ability to capture a real moment and for that to have the power to transport you back to how you felt.

Full Description
I capture real moments, everything from the funny to the funky and everything in between. I want you to remember how you felt on your wedding day, not what the photographer told you to do! This means real wedding photos, no awkward posing, or cheesy smiles. It's all about those mushy feelings. Seriously, I want you to feel the same way in 30 years as you did the first time you saw your photos. Watch the video to see what I mean.

Personal Message from the Manager

Name of Wedding Contact: Lloyd Richard
It's important to choose the right photographer so it is vital that we sit down over a coffee and talk about you and your wedding. This is your chance to get to know me and me you, this is where I can really get across what I do and why I do it. I only take on 20 weddings a year so it is important for me to work with the right people.

What is your most memorable wedding?

From last year would be a groom being kicked by an Alpaca!

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Real, Discrete, Fun, Creative and Dynamic

What about your business are you most proud of?

Receiving written thank you cards from clients. If someone has taken the time to write to me it must mean I have made an impression.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Do what you want to do and forget all of these top ten guides.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

At a wedding around Christmas time, the best man and the maid of honor choreographed the famous song 12 days of Christmas with everyone in the room! It was impressive!

Describe your typical process with a couple.

The most important part of the process is for me to get to know you. This way, when I know you I understand what is important to you and this will reflect in your photos.

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?

As much as I love real photos the photo that you will value the most will be a simple one with your parents and grandparents.

What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?

I don't really get asked to take photos apart from the standard stand together photos. It's all about the real moments for my clients.

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

Welly boots and don't worry if your dress gets muddy.

Describe how you got into photography.

I have always liked photography and when we got married in Italy and our Italian photographers used a documentary style. Upon receiving our photos and the feelings they brought made me realise that I wanted to create those for people.
