Leon Day Images

We booked Leon for our wedding photographer way before the pandemic, even after a few of our suppliers let us down, Leon honored the booking and did our wedding for us. I’m so glad he did, he is absolutely amazing! My husband and I aren’t ones to enjoy having our photos taken, but Leon made it fun and made us feel comfortable in the process! He made sure that we had every picture we asked for, and also ones we didn’t! Despite boiling hot weather he still made sure that he got the perfect pictures! Incredibly patient (he had my mother and step father following him everywhere with their own cameras). I can’t wait to see our wedding photos, but based on the ones from our engagement shoot, I think they’re going to be amazing! Would highly recommend him.

We chose Leon as the Photographer for our wedding which took place at Easter. From the first time we met him, we both felt so at ease with him and really liked his very relaxed manner. Leon listened to what we wanted, and from the first meeting, he was already remembering some names of our families and the role they were to play on the day. Leon totally blended into the background and was not in any way intrusive as the guests enjoyed their day. Many of our guests commented when they saw the photographs of themselves that they had not even been aware of him taking them, therefore, we have some fantastic natural photos which we love. However, when needed, Leon quietly got people in the right place to take the planned photos. He was so polite put everyone at ease. A few weeks before the wedding, we met with Leon to walk around the grounds of the venue, finding suitable locations for our photos. This made the day go very smoothly and the photos are amazing. It was with great difficulty that we finally chose our final pictures for our album. We would highly recommend Leon for any special occasion. He certainly helped to make our special day very special , and we have some lovely memories thanks to his work.

Naz and I found Leon very competent and easy to work with. He has great attention to detail and gave us excellent ideas on beautiful wedding shots in and around Bath. He was able to calm our nerves before the big event and his professional and approachable personality helped us throughout the day. The photos came out really well. We wholeheartedly recommend him for any occasion.

We had Leon as our wedding photographer last year and have just had a newborn family shoot with him. Leon has always been very friendly, professional and had great suggestions for photos at our wedding. The photos, both on the day and the engagement shoot we’re better than we could have hoped for and I would highly recommend him. He is an amazing photographer capturing natural photos- we will definitely be using him in the future and can’t wait to see the photos from our newborn shoot.

Leon was a perfect choice right from the start; he gave us the complete freedom to have a package that was right for us and the price was more than competitive if truth be known we personally would have been prepared to pay double as our whole day was captured in such a unique way and was completely tailored to our needs. The one stipulation we had was for Leon and our a large amount of guests to have fun. Leon has such a unique ability to capture in the moment shots from pranks to intricate moments and the little guests (children) just being children. As a nervous and shy bride I can honestly say the moment you meet Leon he is funny, kind and compassionate and very accommodating and makes you feel completely at ease. From my husband and grooms men point of view they said Leon was part of #TeamGroom and the photos look stunning and really natural and loads of fun which is what we all wanted for us and our guests. :) We really could not have asked for a better photographer to be part of our special day and the turn around to receiving the photos was so quick I would have waited months as they look absolutely amazing we literally can't stop looking at them and sharing them. It is such an amazing feeling to relive our special day and an added bonus is seeing photos captured in the moment that we didn't see being captured. We highly recommend using Leon and can't wait to re book him for self portrait and we've recommend him to my brother and partner as they are expecting there first child :)
