What is your most memorable wedding?
Every wedding I shoot has memorable parts that make each one special to me. For example, one wedding that I shot in 2018, the bride and her family were getting ready at the venue where the ceremony was being held and it had been raining lightly on an off most of the day, also rather windy! The videographer and I were doing our best to capture photos outside in between the showers. Then towards the end of the end, the first dance had been danced. The cake had been cut and the sun was setting beautifully. So the videographer and I got the newlyweds outside to get some kisses at sunset. It was so beautiful. Laughing and making memories in the summer sun.

What about your business are you most proud of?
Taking the step to actually start my business. It has been a bumpy road at times but I am proud of what I have achieved so far and I hope to never stop.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
It is your wedding, no one else's.
Do what you want. Go where you would like and invite who you want there. The last wedding I shot, the bride and groom had 15 guests for the whole day. Later that night, the bride told me that she had all the people who really mattered and who she truly loved in one room.
Make sure it is the wedding you want.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
When you contact me, whether it is via email, message or a phone call, we will have a quick chat about your day and then book to meet up over a cuppa and cake (I like cake by the way!) This is where we will go into more detail about your wedding. For example, what you expect from me, any special photo you would like, venues and times. I will also confirm which package you want and complete the booking form and pay a deposit. After that, I will leave you alone until about a month or two before the big day, just to confirm all the details with you.
Then when your day arrives, I am all yours. Doesn't matter if you just have me for the reception or ceremony or if you have me all day. I do not book any other job on your day. I want you to feel comfortable in knowing that you are my priority on your wedding day.
I will be there capturing those all important shots of you both and your guest but I will also stand back and capture those little moments, the knowing look and the side smiles that capture all those feels, which are my absolute favourite photos to capture. They are so unique to each person and it is magically to capture them to be treasured for a lifetime.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
I don't think there is one photo for every couple that they should take... is that a bit wrong of me to say?!
Every couple is unique. They have their own story and I love getting to know a couple so I can capture any photo that they want or didn't even know they wanted
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Go with the flow!
If you are happy to dance around in the rain and jump in puddles, then so am I! However, if you want to stay dry then that's not a problem either.
Describe how you got into photography.
Well... I don't have the back story of loving it since I could remember but I suppose it started after I had my daughter. I took a lot of photos, which were on my phone and camera phones weren't that great when they first came out. However, I slowly progressed and upgrade to a compact and then it went from there.
Not the greatest story but it is part of mine!
