Thanks for taking the time to look at my work and consider booking me for your wedding. I’d love to have the opportunity to get to know you and learn more about your big day. I love weddings and everything about them. The way they bring people together, the way they stir up a hundred emotions and the way they make you squeeze your close ones just that little bit tighter. A wedding day is one of life’s greatest moments and I consider it to be a privilege to be able to record it for you. I'm a story teller. My style is unobtrusive and relaxed, aiming to create beautiful, natural images without ordering everyone around (I’ve heard tales of photographers asking for couples to walk down the aisle three times to get the perfect shot – that is definitely not my style!). I pick up the details and capture the key moments and emotions as your day unfolds. I shoot mainly in an unposed, documentary style, but usually take some more traditional group shots. I recommend keeping these to 10 or so groups to maximise the time you spend with your guests. I also like to spend some time away from the guests taking some shots of just the two of you. Before the big day we’ll have a good chat, and I’ll want to hear all about the details of the day. Knowing the special touches will help me get to know you and to learn more about what part of the day is particularly important for you. I'll talk you through each stage of the day, listen to your ideas and also give you a few hints and tips as we go. You'll have plenty of time to ask me anything you want - and I'll always be accessible afterwards to take your call and respond to an email or text. After the wedding, I’ll edit your images and aim to get a ‘sneak peek’ of some of my favourite of your wedding photographs within a couple of weeks. I’ll aim to put the full set of photographs up in a password protected gallery on my website within around 4 weeks of the wedding. Let's chat!!
