It's hard to describe how great John was. First of all, his communication is speedy, friendly and endlessly patient with any number of questions. Then the practice shoot was great to help us get used to feeling like celebrities. On the day, he both felt part of the day in a really lovely way, but without in any way intruding on it. All the guests commented on how comfortable he made them feel. He was great at being there without stopping the flow of things for posed pictures.

If you are looking for a documentary-style photographer for your day, John is your guy!!! He is such an easy-going guy and will make you laugh so hard during your day. My husband and I eloped, so we did not have a whole reception to photograph, but that was not a problem for John whatsoever. He made sure to scout the location beforehand to make sure we got the best photos possible. While going through our gallery, he really made it feel like we were reliving the happiest day of our lives.
