Hi, I'm James, a professional wedding photographer based in Wrexham.
I live with my beautiful wife Libby and my best friend Marley the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
Since 2018, I've been dedicated to documenting love stories with my photojournalistic style and artistic flair.
My approach is all about capturing the genuine, unscripted moments that make your wedding uniquely yours.
Your wedding day is a celebration of love, joy, and the beginning of a new chapter.
My goal is to document your day authentically, capturing moments that you'll cherish for a lifetime.
If you're looking for a photographer who will seamlessly blend into your celebration with creativity and care, I'd love to connect with you.
Let's discuss how we can make your wedding memories truly unforgettable.
Cheers,
James
Yes. It's rare that my couples don't want any group photos at all. I generally photograph these images via a shot list that you provide to me prior to the wedding day but I would suggest capping the group list to 15 images as time is usually limited on the day.
I aim to deliver your gallery images within 4-6 weeks with a selection of preview images sent to you within 48 hours of your wedding day
Any venue located more than 100 miles from Wrexham will result in a travel fee unless otherwise specified.
No, but I will always give you directions on the day. If you’re ever feeling uncomfortable just say, or tell me in the consultation you’re not a fan of posing. If you are very camera shy I would suggest organising a pre-wedding photoshoot with me so you can get used to being in front of the camera. Often in engagement sessions, I will pick the spot and just ask you to talk amongst yourselves, the most natural and relaxed shots are usually the best ones
This depends on each specific package but a typical wedding day will see you receiving between 500to 800 images
Yes. I will always try my best to accommodate for custom package requests so if you have an idea of what sort of coverage you are after then get in touch and I shall see what I can do to make it work
Yes. I always bring two cameras with me, multiple lenses and flashes and always shoot with two memory cards in my camera incase one fails
If you're thinking of having your wedding on a Saturday, then earlier is better. Generally speaking, as soon as you've booked your venue, you should begin your search for a wedding photographer and put down a retainer as soon as you can.
A £250 non refundable retainer & a signed contract are required to get your date locked on the calendar. The remainder of the balance can be set up as a payment plan, but otherwise is due 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.
I can shoot a role of film on your wedding day for an additional fee.
