I’m a wedding photographer based in the coastal town of Whitby covering North Yorkshire and beyond. I’ve been lucky enough to photograph weddings for over ten years now & I absolutely love what I do. I enjoy capturing every aspect of a wedding & offer a relaxed yet professional approach. My aim is to tell the unique story of the day whilst capturing the personality of my couples & their guests through beautiful, authentic images.

Stunning Photography!!!!

We honestly couldn’t be happier with our wedding photos! Jack captured our day so perfectly and every single photo is absolutely stunning. We’ve looked through them so many times already and we are completely obsessed! He managed to capture all the little moments and emotions throughout the day so naturally, and looking through the photos genuinely feels like reliving it all over again. Fantastic!!!!

When we started looking at wedding photographers, Jack was the first we found and I instantly knew Jack is who we wanted to book for our wedding and I’m so glad we did! Incredible Photographer

Jack was amazing from start to finish! He kept checking in before the wedding and sent us such lovely messages throughout. He was clear about his style of photography and even sent us a useful hints and tips guide before the big day. On the day Jack was so calm and kind and really hyped us up and our families all said how lovely it was to see him take so many photos of our guests! He sent us incredible preview shots so quickly after the wedding which were exactly what we’d dreamed of! He managed to capture every single one of our guests and created such a beautiful album that captured our day so perfectly. We felt so lucky to have Jack as a big part of our day! Jack was absolutely fantastic and we are so glad we chose him after loving his style from looking at his Instagram. Looking back through our wedding gallery was wonderful, he has captured so many pictures of us perfectly and we were thrilled with how they look. Our day

We chose Jack to capture our big day after viewing his work on Instagram. We loved his style! We cannot thank Jack enough, he made us feel so comfortable, taking photos can be such an awkward situation but we had so much fun capturing our big day! Jacks super friendly and made us feel at ease right away! The final product is truly amazing. He’s captured our day perfectly! The quality of our photos couldn’t be any better, they were natural and brought out our personalities. Jack is super organised, family photos were smooth and didn’t take any time at all which was picked up on by those involved. Nothing was too much, we got fabulous memories to last a life time! Everything we could've wanted and more 🤍

As a photographer myself I had high expectations for one to capture every detail of our special day. We found Jack through our venue and instantly knew we'd found the one! We first met Jack on our engagement shoot, all communications were clear and we met up in the beautiful Sandsend. Jack spent a great deal of time and effort to capture every shot we could've imagined, he took care to make sure we were always happy, comfortable and that my vision was also met which meant a great deal. Shortly after we received the pictures and we're still looking at them weeks later. The photos are more than we could've ever imagined and I couldn't be more grateful to have found Jack to capture our special day. We physically can't thank him enough for everything and we're incredibly excited for him to be a part of our special day!

Personalised letters written to every guest from the bride as a wedding favour.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

Establish what the couple are looking for from their wedding photos & how I can deliver with my approach & style. We then build a relationship through the communication, planning & meeting so that on the day we have a great time & capture their wedding as it was.

What is the No.1 photo that you think every couple should take?

Any photo that truly represents the couple in the most pure & authentic way... It could be a photo of them laughing hysterically, dancing ridiculously or embracing intimately.

What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?

A candid photo which was a recreation of one of the Bride's parents wedding photos, captured in the same church where they had their ceremony.

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

Embrace it & enjoy it! Some of the best weddings & wedding galleries have been those from a rainy wedding day.

Describe how you got into photography.

I've always been a creative & took a shine to photography as a medium back in collage.
