The first contact you have with JA Photo Studio will be when you enquire - our studio manager Amy handles all enquiries personally, making sure you have all of the information you need to start your journey with us. You'll be sent our latest wedding brochure and also invited to a free consultation to have a chat about your plans. You'll also receive your wedding welcome pack, filled with treats to help you both celebrate!
Once you've decided we're the photographers for you (yay!) you'll be sent your welcome guide, wedding questionnaire and a link to pay your booking fee. You'll hear from us periodically in the run up to your big day and also you'll be able to keep in contact with us through WhatsApp.
Next comes the day itself - Jay will arrive at your venue dressed as a guest, all the better for blending in and not being noticed... we find it's the best way for us to capture natural, unstaged moments, just you and your guests celebrating your marriage and enjoying yourselves.
Once your special day is over, we'll stay in contact and get to work on editing your gallery - once all of your images have been expertly colour graded and flawlessly edited, you'll be invited back to the studio to view your photos. Your gallery will also be uploaded to our website, so you can download, share, print and even send the link to all of your friends and family. If you've chosen any prints, keepsakes or albums, we'll get those ordered for you and delivered free of charge direct to your home.
Once it's finally time to say goodbye (...sob) we'll ask for a little feedback - it helps other amazing couples find us so we can make their dreams come true. That's it!
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
