What is your most memorable wedding?
I photographed a wedding for a lovely young couple who were from two different cultures - the bride was Brazilian and the groom was British, it was amazing to see how these two families and cultures connected so well, it was a lively reception and everybody on both sides of the family joined in on the dance floor! It was an amazing experience to capture.

What about your business are you most proud of?
I have run this business single-handedly for a year. It makes me feel like a jack-of-all-trades whilst jiggling a full-time office job, but I am most proud of my friends, family and clients for their unconditional support!
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Please have a rough wedding plan in place before booking your photographer, so that you know how your photographer is going to fit best on your wedding day and has an idea on when and where to be ready to capture the all important shots.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I did a wedding where the bride's beloved grandmother had sadly passed away 6 months before the event. As a tribute to her grandmother the bride had a charm with a miniature photo of her grandmother attached to the bouquet. It was a lovely sentiment and it really felt like she was there in spirit.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I usually meet couples in-person or over a Zoom call first prior to booking to discuss what they are looking for out of their wedding photos and contribute some ideas on how I can make their wedding day extra special notes are taken and sent to the couple after the meeting to confirm. If the couple wishes to proceed, I will draft a contract for the couple to read and sign once happy and a deposit is taken to secure the booking date.
If a wedding rehearsal is required I welcome the opportunity to attend to go through anything else I need to know from the venue and couple prior to the wedding day for no extra cost. I then attend the wedding day on the agreed start time, following the wedding schedule, I get to work! after one final check with the bride and groom before finish the shoot I then retire at the agreed finish time. I begin post-production and upload images with a maxmium completion time of one month after the wedding day. During this time I will provide you with updates on how your photos are coming along with some sneak previews! Once completed I will inform the couple at the earliest when their photos are ready.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
A transparent brolly! This provides a subtle, sophisticated look to a rainy day wedding. No worries if you have left it off your checklist, I have two kinds to choose from - just ask me on the day!
Describe how you got into photography.
My photographic journey started at art school, I love live music so on the weekends I would use the skills I was taught in college to photograph live bands which landed me a part-time job as a live music and nightclub photographer. I continued this into university and channeled my interest into more creative ways taking photographs. I then obtained a BA in Photography in 2014. During that time, I developed an interest in portrait photography. I love taking photographs of people, their natural expressions and how they differ from when they know they are being photographed. I play around with natural and posed, as this juxtaposition of images can reveal the raw emotions of people.
