When I started my journey with wedding photography back in 2012 it was because through years of travelling I had developed a love of photographing people. Now, over 150 weddings into this wonderful career, I can say my love is of storytelling and creating beautiful images of your day that really capture the emotion and the essence of your wedding. Memories fade quicker than we care to admit and so in 10,15,20 years time I want you to be able to look through your photos and feel like you were right back there.
My natural and relaxed style really appeals to people who 'don't like having their picture taken'. If that is you, you are not alone, far from it. I'll let you into a little secret, I don't like having my picture taken, so I know how you feel. Rest assured, you'll never be put on the spot, asked to pose awkwardly, or do anything that might take away from the natural relaxed feel of your day. Of course there is the odd time during the day that requires me to do a bit of directing, e.g. to capture the all important family photos, but even then it is kept very light and playful and in keeping with the happy mood so as not to make anyone feel singled out. For the most part, you won't even know I am there, some are even left wondering if I was there....until they see their photos of course!
A key feature of my service if with all my packages you get two photographers included. The list of benefits this brings is huge but a few key ones to highlight are you will both have a dedicated photographer spend the morning with you (saves me madly rushing between you both and only doing half a job with each of you), you have a photographer front and back during the ceremony (saves me having to move conspicuously to capture different angles) and you have two sets of eyes (and cameras) capturing the day; that means more great images to choose from to make up your final collection!
