Most people describe my style as natural, bright, and beautiful. I am always looking for soft, natural light and I get really excited about scenic outdoor locations! I stay away from heavy, artificial edits and promise never to put you into the infamous prom pose (YIKES!). My aim is to capture your genuine reactions, the real infectious love you have for each other, and reflect you and your wedding day in an honest and timeless way. What I love most about my job, believe it or not, isn't just taking pictures! I love investing in you as a couple, getting to know who you really are and what you really love about each other, and documenting THAT. I’m not the photographer who sticks out like a sore thumb or who is constantly watching her clock like a hawk. I want to serve you best by allowing you to relax and soak up your day while you trust me to capture the emotion and atmosphere surrounding it. You can count on me to be invested in your story, to be reliable, and to be outgoing and friendly. I won’t put you into awkward and stiff poses, instead, I will give you cues and direction to get you moving and totally focused on each other and not my camera. These photos are the ones that show real emotion and allow your true selves to shine! I also understand the need to have someone take control when time is running out and nobody has a clue as to what’s happening. Don’t worry, I got your back! I’ll come prepared with a list of your group photos so we can work through those efficiently. I will cooperate with your venue and be aware of the time so the necessary photos are done before dinner. I also promise to make myself available during the run-up to your wedding day if you ever need advice or want to talk through your timeline.
