Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Contemporary, documentary, authentic, romantic and fun. We like to give just enough guidance to help you feel at ease but we also love giving you the space to be yourselves so we can capture those truly authentic moments.
What about your business are you most proud of?
I’m proud that we finally took the leap after dreaming about getting into the wedding industry, creating a business and lifestyle together. What I’m most proud of, though, is the way we’ve built something that truly reflects our shared passion and values. We’ve managed to combine our creative vision with our commitment to providing couples with an unforgettable experience. It’s not just about running a business, it’s about being part of one of the most important days in people’s lives and making sure they feel seen, heard and celebrated. We’ve created a space where we can grow together, not just as business partners but as a team.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
- Lets check dates: If our schedules tie up, we’ll be one step closer to making your vision a reality.
- If you’re ready to say yes: Reach out and I’ll send over the online booking form along with a few questions to help me get to know you both a bit better. The first stage is complete, hooray! You can tick it off that long to do list.
- Pre wedding chat: Lets have a chit chat, either over coffee/a glass of vino or via video call, whatever’s easiest. This way we can dive a bit deeper into getting to know one another and what you’re looking for.
- Secure your booking by signing the contract and paying your deposit.
- Keep in contact, ask us any questions you may have, we're here to help and give advice even if it's about a different part of your day.
- The big day! If you've booked the full day package, I'll be there from the early morning preparations with your bridal team, right through to your first dance and beyond.
- Look forward to sneak peeks in your inbox a couple of days after your wedding.
- You’ll then receive your wedding gallery within 4-6 weeks after your big day, although I always strive to get them to you sooner depending on my editing schedule.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
Couple portraits are incredibly intimate and meaningful. I truly believe every couple should have these as they capture the unique connection.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Don't let the rain stop your day. You wouldn't believe it but rainy days can actually create some of the most beautiful, atmospheric photos. As a photographer, I always recommend embracing the weather rather than fighting it. At the end of the day no one can control the weather so we might as well roll with it.
Describe how you got into photography.
From a young age, I was always drawn to photography, seizing every chance I could to pick up a camera. Whether it was persuading my friends to model for me or chasing my dog around the garden, I was always snapping away. I studied photography in college and was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to study abroad in Indonesia at an international college, which was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. After that, I went on to pursue a degree in Photography at University in Cambridge.
Once I graduated, I wanted to dive right in to the real world of photography. My first full-time job was with a food magazine and from there, I gained experience working at various marketing agencies and studios. Today, my partner and I run our own business, and we’re absolutely loving the journey.
