Your wedding photography should capture the atmosphere of the day without feeling as though the photographer is dominating the proceedings. The images should be a timeless record of all the events that capture the love between two people so that you and your family can recall the most special moments again and again. With my background in fashion photography, the art of photographing women in the best possible way is of the utmost importance to me. Included in all the packages is a meeting with you, this enables me to get to know you better and discuss your requirements for the wedding day. Included in the Gold and Platinum packages is an engagement shoot. The shoot can be shot either at Stowe House grounds or at a location that is special to you both.This will help me to seem more of a friend at the wedding which is crucial in helping you feel more relaxed on the wedding day. It ensures I can find the best ways to photograph you both. I will also be able to discuss with you the exact style of photography that you want for the day. During the wedding I will work with a second photographer Clare, in order to maximise the number of beautiful memories captured throughout the day. As the story of the wedding day unfolds I will work quietly capturing everything. I will take direction from you regarding the more formal portraits that you may want and ask to have some time alone with you both during the proceedings for some more personal shots. The most important thing that you are investing in is actually my time – it takes a lot of effort and skill to make beautiful pictures, both during the capture and afterwards in post-production. Wedding photographers need to be respectful, adaptable and unobtrusive, and that's what my experience helps me achieve on the day. Shooting your wedding is just the beginning. Whilst you are away on honeymoon I hand edit every image that plays its part in the story of your special day.
