Hamish from Eternal Imaging was great! He
was accommodating to our needs and
wishes, and offered us a very reasonable
price to shoot our wedding ceremony. On
this own accord, he came to our ceremony
rehearsal to prepare and scope out places to
stand and shoot, and spent a lot of time with
us talking about the types of shots we
wanted.
On the day he blended in well with the
guests and took a lot of great candid shots,
as well as the more traditional ceremonial
shots and poses. Working in difficult
conditions, with the sun going down and light
rain, he was calm, patient and efficient.
The pictures were ready about two weeks
after. Hamish kindly met me in central
London and handed over the pictures
personally, as we were leaving the country
the next day and wanted to take the pictures
with us. I can't imagine many others offering
to do the same!
The pictures themselves were everything we
wanted. Hamish is a properly trained,
professional photographer, and it shows.
The pictures are delivered on a USB stick with
colour and black-and-white versions of each
picture. Eternal Imaging can sell you prints
and albums, but you always get the full
resolution files to keep as well. Don't
underestimate the importance of this: They
are your pictures, and you can do whatever
you want with them: print them yourself, put
them online, give them to anyone you want.
Many studios jealously guard the negatives
or original files, forcing you to come back to
them and pay each time you want prints,
and leaving you stuck if they should lose the
files or go out of business.
With Eternal Imaging, we felt complete
comfortable and in control. I couldn't
recommend them highly enough.
