Full Description
I offer full day coverage usually from bridal prep up until your first dance. (I can stay for all the dancing if you wish!) My full day coverage is 8-10 hours and you it's up to you when you have me start and finish. I want to fit into your wedding and the things you have planned. My priority is to photograph your day as it happens, capturing the moments you may not necessarily catch. I like to spend a short time with you both to snap those important newlywed portraits but I'll have you back spending time with your loved ones in no time. My favourite is to be in the background most of the time, documenting the smaller details as well as the big exciting moments. I would describe my work as relaxed, honest and creative. Weddings are something I have always enjoyed being a part of so being able to photograph couples special day is an absolute pleasure! I also offer a smaller half day package that may be ideal for a more intimate wedding if you wish for less photos or a late afternoon wedding. If you would like more than one photographer I have a few friends that are also wedding photographers that help me out from time to time. A second shooter provides greater coverage such as Groom Prep or having someone early on to photograph guests arriving whilst I'm still with the bride. Albums can be requested to be a part of your package or can be chosen after your wedding day. Sometimes you need a good look through your images before choosing an album so I'm always happy to create one once your ready and the wedding excitement has all calmed down!

"they fitted in with everyone, more like friends."
Our experience with yourself has been nothing but perfect amazing. Finding you was an absolute blessing in itself, as I have told you before we wanted to book you for the wedding based on one picture alone. I had looked at so many different photographers and so many are posed pictures and it was just not what we had imagined for our day. We are not a couple that spend a lot of time in front of a camera and finding the perfect balance in a photographer was such a high priority for me. The friendly reception put us at ease from our first meeting and we knew that it was a great match. We wanted the relaxed photographs to reflect our day and we even booked a pre wedding photoshoot so that we knew what to expect. Which for how camera shy we are as a couple was the best thing that we did. We still had our beautiful posed shots but some of my favourites are the candid ones that would have been missed by others. Erin is the most relaxed, professional and friendly person, her and Abi both blended into the family and didn’t impose on the goings on throughout the day. It was an easy going wedding and their personalities fitted in with us perfectly. We are not the type of couple that spends time in front of the camera; we both tend to be the back of the group sort of people. I wanted a photographer who would take relaxed photographs of the entire wedding and that is exactly what we got. I expected that I would look at my photographs and they would be placed in an album never to be seen with maybe one or two on display. The photographs that we have received are amazingly beautiful and truly capture the essence of our day. My biggest problem now is to find the space to place them all up. Everybody at the wedding commented on Erin and Abi and how they fitted in with everyone, you would never have known that they were the wedding photographers but looked more like friends. Erin is an absolute blessing and will be the first person I call whenever I need more pictures taken.

"We've looked through them about 50 times!"
The photos are AMAZING!!!!! Literally we've looked through them about 50 times since they've been put up! I don't have your number to text you but just wanted to say a massive thank you and that we're just so made up you were there. We said we felt like you were one of our friends not a photographer. So many people have commented on the photos and they are all unbelievable.

What is your most memorable wedding?

My most memorable wedding was in a gorgeous country barn in Newcastle. The couple were so laid back, everything was handmade, there was a big bbq and a live band all night. I loved it.

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Honesst, relaxed, creative, artistic and elegant.

What about your business are you most proud of?

Genuinely caring for the couples I photograph.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Don’t go for things because everyone else does. Have a day that suits you and remember to take it all in.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

A bride looked through all her old family pictures and found one of every guest, made a copy and popped them in a little frame each and used them as place settings.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

My couples usually confirm their booking over email and I send them all the information they wish. I then arrange a meeting with them closer to their wedding so most details and final schedules have been confirmed. We get to know each other a little bit and make sure everything is in place.

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?

One where you’re hysterically laughing. Always my favourite.

Describe how you got into photography.

My Dad bought me a camera when I was about 15. I studied art at the time and he thought I’d be good at it. I took it to a friends wedding and just snapped away after the service. I enjoyed it so much I decided to try it again at another wedding. It was then I thought to change from art to photography.
