What is your most memorable wedding?
Trump Turnberry; it was an absolute dream from start to finish.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Romantic, timeless, elegant, natural, relaxed
What about your business are you most proud of?
My amazing client experience from start to finish.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Book your number one choice of supplier as soon as possible; I have enquiries and bookings right up until 2026 at the moment and your first choice of supplier could have limited availability even years in advance.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I love a theme, so when I see florals, decor, cake which all compliment each other, it makes my heart happy. I also love a choreographed first dance.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
From initial enquiry you get a personalised response from me.
When I've established if your date is available, you'll be invited to a consultation; usually via Zoom.
After we've gotten to know each other more and you've decided that we are a match, I'll send you your contract, wedding questionnaire and the request for your booking fee; no paperwork here, it's all done through my simplistic and easy to navigate booking system.
Once I have received all of this back, that's you booked in and we get to become family. You'll be sent a fabulous booking gift which will come in handy for storing those amazing photographs or fun polaroids from your wedding day. And theres a few other little things in there as well.
I keep in contact with you via text, email, socials (whatever you prefer) and a few weeks or months before your wedding day, I love to meet up with you; whether that be in my studio over a glass of bubbly (or a tea or coffee), at your venue for a walk through or at a lovely little local cafe somewhere, we can chat and plan your photography so we get it just right. I also offer all my couples a complimentary pre-wedding photoshoot. This allows you to get a practice run in a sense and we practice some of the 'posing' that we will capture on your wedding day.
Then 2 weeks before your wedding I request your order of the day. This allows me to plan my timings so I can fit in with all your other wedding day suppliers.
Then it's time to come and capture your day and have the best time together.
After your wedding day, I like to get a few sneak peeks to my couples within 48 hours. This gives you a little pick-up from your day and keeps you in your wedding bubble for a few days longer. It also allows you to see how your images will look with my editing style. And after you've given me the go-ahead from these sneak peaks, I edit your full gallery in my signature style and deliver this to you normally within 6 to 8 weeks - can sometimes be a little longer during peak wedding season.
After you've received your wedding gallery; which is delivered on a very easy to navigate private online viewing platform, I can offer several different products as keepsakes from your day; some of my favourites include my luxury wedding album, my stunning photo and USB box and smaller storybooks/parent albums.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
Couples portraits - make time for these on your wedding day whether you hate having your photograph taken or not. I promise I make them painless. And you will thank me when you see them in your gallery.
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
I'll be photographing fireworks at a wedding very soon. This has probably been my most original request.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Always have a back up plan in place, but sometimes I just say let's brave the elements and go for it.
Most venues have areas within their premises where indoor photographs can be taken. And I always come prepared with studio style lighting in my car which allows me to confidently photograph darker indoor areas.
Describe how you got into photography.
Photography has been my passion since I was a child and no matter where I go, I always capture memories. So fast forward several years and I was enrolled in college obtaining my HND in Photography. Throughout this time studying, I was able to tailor my studies towards wedding photography, learning from professionals and perfecting my craft.
