Full Description
My approach to your wedding would be very softly, softly and unobtrusive. In my opinion, a wedding photographer should not be the main focus of your wedding. Right down to the family photos, where I recommend the list be as short as possible. I also spend as little time as possible on the portrait photos too. I want you to be spending as much time as possible enjoying your day with the people that mean most to you. Creating real memories with the one you love with me on the sidelines watching and photographing.

He did a fantastic job from start to finish.
Duncan photographed our wedding in October 2019 in Worcestershire. He did a fantastic job from start to finish. He was available for calls in the run-up to the big day and worked with us to make sure the photography fitted in with our plans. On the day he was willing to start early and stay a bit later to get the job done. He was sensitive to our needs and requests, and he did a wonderful job of organising the posed family shots in a very tight timeframe. Duncan was familiar with the venue and was able to pick the perfect spots for our pictures despite the pouring rain outside. He even managed to sneak us outside for some garden shots when the rain stopped. He was unobtrusive and let us get on with our day, but he ensured that we had all the shots we talked about in advance. Duncan sent through the photos within two weeks and we were able to enjoy looking at them on our honeymoon. The end result was spectacular, we loved his work and would highly recommend him.

The photos are stunning
Duncan was brilliant, he put myself and my husband at ease straight away and provided direction when it was required but was open to ideas as well. He is really friendly and fitted in perfectly on the Wedding Day. The photos are stunning, the ones of my husband and I together are lovely, with different backdrops and beautiful lighting, capturing the special moments; and there are lovely photos of the Wedding Day as it was taking place. I would highly recommend Duncan, as he is professional and friendly, and the work he produces is brilliant.

Duncan was discreet, polite, all round great guy
Amazing photographs from our wedding. Would 100% recommend Duncan. Duncan was discreet, polite, all round great guy especially as my partner really didn't want a professional photographer. He actually changed his mind immediately on meeting Duncan outside the church, saying how at ease he made him feel. We weren't after staged photos, just natural ones. Duncan has managed to capture our personalities perfectly. He was punctual with timings, flexible with decisions and great at just going along with the flow. We received the photos less than two weeks after the wedding too...It's been amazing to relive the day and I cant stop looking at them thinking how perfect it was!

What is your most memorable wedding?

Having photographed over 500 weddings, it is tricky to choose one wedding over another. There are so many wonderful memories!!

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Stylish, Fun, Storytelling, Modern, Unobtrusive

What about your business are you most proud of?

All of my happy customers

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Don't leave booking suppliers until the last minute. Do it 12-18 months in advance and you will stand a better chance in booking the ones you want most.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

I went a wedding recently and they had a snow machine! It was amazing!

Describe your typical process with a couple.

I will arrange a meeting, be it at my home or through video chat. We discuss the details of their wedding. I show my sample books. They sign the paperwork and pay the booking fee and we all begin smiling! :)

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?

I try not to repeat myself as much as possible, but apart from all the lovely storytelling, documentary photos, a few romantic kissy, kissy shots are always nice...

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

I recommend to the couple (gently or course) that it is not the end of the world and if they take an umbrella, we can go and get some "atmospheric" photos instead. :D

Describe how you got into photography.

By accident.... haha! I was 21 years old. My friend had old SLR camera, way back in the film days...and I was fascinated by it. I kept going out and buying rolls of film so I could play with it. Shortly afterwards, I enrolled on a course and the rest is history.
