Deja Vu Camera Crew

We had this particular company drafted in last minute for our wedding which we were not made aware of until they turned up the morning of the wedding. The particular individual who turned up on the day looked really miserable and you could tell didn’t want to be there. She did not speak to anyone during the wedding prep or throughout the day and just followed the lead of our amazing photographer. Quite a few guests actually commented about her poor attitude throughout the day. All of our footage was actually lost by this person and they weren’t really very remorseful at all. Communication was very poor afterwards and this so called luxury female company, is in fact one person who works without any insurance! They completely ruined our wedding day and we have nothing to show of our special day that we spent ages planning and organising. Really disgusted with this company and the lack of professionalism shown throughout.
