Full Description
Hi there, Thank you for considering me for your very special occasion. I can provide a full and flexible service to suit exactly what you want, for the right price for your wedding. Advice too if you're not exactly sure what you want! Pre-visit venues and clients - all included in the fee. 'Very small' groups to 'very large' provided for. I have covered weddings with 8 people, to 300. From inside a windmill; register offices; to the grandest of venues in the south east of England. I take a mixture of reportage, informal photographs with the usually required group photographs. All photographs are individually worked on in post production to enhance them - for you, friends and family to view online, privately, usually within two weeks of your wedding. Any format of photographs available including dvd and albums, if required. I can provide a 'Green-Screen' option if required, to provide 'specialist' or 'fun' backgrounds. Clients say I put them and their guests at ease. I work with people in a good humoured way; efficiently and calmly, without taking too long in posing people. I am very well organised and confident with large groups. Why not visit my website on or give me a ring on 01702 346830 for an initial chat - no obligation.

What is your most memorable wedding?

Every wedding is different and the memorable ones are where everyone is particularly happy and having a great day!

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Calm, relaxed, friendly, well organised, professional.

What about your business are you most proud of?

I work hard for people and they appreciate it when they see my photographs.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Meet people you are going to use.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

A brilliant group dance from the bride and groom with their friends.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

1.Talk through photographs required at an agreeably arrange meeting, usually at the client's home; here if preferred; or place of their choice. Show a range of options without confusing people. 2. Pre- visit venues a week before event. 3. Work with the couple on the day calmly, smile a lot and not be too intrusive! 4. Be alert all the time to photo opportunities - be flexible with times as they nearly always change on the day. 5. Provide online photos for everyone usually within two weeks.

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?

A really emotional/ happy one of the couple.

What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?

One was a couple on a bouncy castle and the other was a couple who wanted a snow machine.

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

A large umbrella! I always check alternative locations in case of bad weather. Have always found a good alternative somewhere at the wedding.

Describe how you got into photography.

Been a keen photographer all my life. I am a great observer of people and set up my business professionally five years ago after taking early retirement as a primary headteacher.
