What is your most memorable wedding?

A boho wedding on a farm complete with cows!

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Natural, fun, creative, emotional, timeless

What about your business are you most proud of?

My organisation and preparation pre wedding means the wedding day goes smoothly and my clients can enjoy celebrating with their friends and family whilst still having beautiful photographs telling their story.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Be unique, be you. Your day, your way!

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

Homemade Gin Favours

Describe your typical process with a couple.

Consultation - either in person or on Skype/zoom for my clients convenience. I want to hear all your plans and we will see if we are a good fit. Advice pre wedding on timings, photographic opportunities and we prepare your group shot list. Engagement shoot to make you feel more comfortable in front of the camera should you wish. Wedding day - the calm, reassuring friend you need with photography ninja skills to capture the day unfold. Post wedding editing and delivery. Album design.

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?

One where they are completely themselves, no gimmicks no un- natural posing, just you being real, in love.

What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?

Wow too many to choose but bridal portraits in a cow shed is up there!

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

A great attitude! Whilst I can understand concerns about rain, it really isn’t a problem from a photography point of view. I always carry a bridal umbrella to weddings and we can achieve some amazing, creative images with a little rain! Plus more guests stay on the dance floor when it’s raining!

Describe how you got into photography.

Probably like many others. Always a keen photographer I was asked to photograph a few friends weddings then came the friends of those friends and 8 years later it’s grown from there. I’m so fortunate that many clients have become friends and 90% of my weddings come from client referrals.
