What is your most memorable wedding?
That's an unfair question! We shoot a lot of weddings and every couple has to feel as their wedding is the most important one we've ever shot. That's hard work, imaging shooting 4 weddings in 4 days, it's mentally and physically tiring but every single photo that's taken has to be as good as if not better than the last one you've taken.

What about your business are you most proud of?
We've been established 24 years and have a truly outstanding which is all down to dedication and hard work. So the thing I am most proud of is I know that every couple who books their wedding photography / video with us will get the highest quality of service and reliability.

Book professional suppliers only.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Personal vows during the ceremony are always good. It's that one opportunity to tell your partner how you really feel.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Initial consultation, pre wedding meeting, wedding day, post wedding meeting to collect previews, wedding album design and video proofing/feedback meetings.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
Family! It really is the most important thing.
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
It used to be photos from high up to get overhead views which was sometimes impossible at certain venues. However we now use drones so it's much easier to get dramatic overhead shots.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Professional, confident photographers who know how to cope in any situation.
Describe how you got into photography.
Studied professionally and then trained and worked with several photography companies before setting up Abraxas Photograahy and Video. I'm not self taught, it was through working with other professionals.
